• Tradeline International shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party service providers, customs authorities, strikes, force majeure events, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk in goods may pass to the client upon dispatch, collection, or delivery depending on agreed Incoterms or commercial arrangements.

7. Returns and Claims

• Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
• Returns will only be accepted with prior written approval.
• Special-order, imported, customised, or non-stock items may not be returnable.
