5. Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be stipulated on quotations, invoices, or separate agreements.
- Late payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or cancellation of orders.
- Interest may be charged on overdue accounts in accordance with applicable legislation.
6. Delivery and Logistics
- Delivery dates are estimates only and are subject to supplier, shipping, customs, and logistical factors beyond our control.
- Tradeline International shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party service providers, customs authorities, strikes, force majeure events, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Risk in goods may pass to the client upon dispatch, collection, or delivery depending on agreed Incoterms or commercial arrangements.
7. Returns and Claims
- Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
- Returns will only be accepted with prior written approval.
- Special-order, imported, customised, or non-stock items may not be returnable.
